I wonder if they actually put a data processor inside that can handle more than 5 Mbytes a second this time!
 
I really wish that Firewire 800 took off more with PC's, its so damn superior to USB its not even funny.
 
since it is for a mac or professionals, it will be priced accordingly lol
 
Wow, the prices are crazy. WD's standard FW800/eSATA drives and a label maker or cloth tape + a Sharpie will do just fine for me. :)
 
they need to get that fiber connection into gear, imagine consumer level fiber storage... mmmm
 
i agree WFT is with firewire800 and no esata which is faster....

more like "made for mac performance"
