Any new boards/tech before I take the plunge?

ok, so with the Dell E&A coupon, I can get the P6T6 WS Revolution for $295 and maaaaybe bing 10% cashback, sooo...? Worth the extra $6 (it's actually cheaper for me to get the V2 @ the egg)?

They are both great boards. I just depends on the features you want more.
 
and the RIIE is $302...

I don't need the true SLI or whatever (I'm not a gamer) or the SAS. IDE is nice to have, the X-FI, firewire 400, and on-board cooling are also pluses
