I currently have an Exchange account through one provider but I'm thinking I'd like to switch to another service. Is it possible for me to transfer over everything in my account to the new one? Can I move over email, as well as contacts and calendar? Or is only the latter possible? Thanks.

Not that it's a webmastering and programming topic, but you can export your mailbox to a .pst and then import the .pst into the new account.

Whoops, I meant to put this in the "Networking and Security" section. I assume I would need to ask the server admin for that file?

Unfortunately, the service I am using doesn't have Outlook Anywhere, so I have to connect to the account through POP in Outlook. Hence, my contacts and calendar aren't synced there, only on my phone. In this case, would I have to ask the provider for the .PST?

what phone do you have? you can sync your phone calander with your outlook calander, if you switch service with someone simply add a new account to your outlook client, your old emails will stay in place, unless you specifically delete them.
