Confidence is back for Wolfenstein

Been stoked about this since i first heard they were starting development. RTCW is one of the few FPS i have ever played through to the end more than once. I would love to see a wolfenstien game based on a secret moonbase type scenario. Basically a three part game, earth based, then up to an orbiting space station, then the moon!

Wow... you're a bit tight ! :rolleyes: $20 is nothing these days. Its worth more than that. So many tight gits around when it comes to paying for entertainment... yet are happy to pay far more than $20 for other stuff like their drink / tricks / drugs etc !! (not that Im saying you're into such stuff... but I do imply it lol !)

Mainly cause it looks like a pure single player experience. I usually don't pay over $25 for single player games. The veil thing seems kinda gimmicky too.

I guess saying <20 was a little rough. I'd pay about $25 for it. If steam had it on sell for $25, I'd buy it in a heart beat. How I got l4d, fallout 3, empire total war.

Nah dude...this is more like a $10 bargain bin purchase. :D
 
Looks alright, hoping that they won't "consolize" this game with bad res textures, non-tweakable options, mouse acceleration/auto-aim BS, and quirky control schemes.

Yeah me too, Raven is a good developer. I can't wait for this , RTCW was so much fun. Its going to be well worth the wait.
 
ill pick it up when its 20 like the other have said.. not that i dont think its worth more its just hard to justify paying full retail anymore with so many games always coming out.. i like paying 6bux for red faction 2 hehe
 
Definitely getting this as soon as it comes out. Hell, I reinstalled RTCW and am playing through it...again. lol
 
Holy shit that particle cannon looks nuts. If you are going to kill Nazis again, you gotta have more interesting ways to do it.
 
ive enjoyed all the castle wolfeinstein games..........even way back in the apple 2c days lol

Sadly I think it'll never be the same. It's like hoping Star Craft will be just like the original.
 
Anyone know if this has any sort of co-op for the single player portion?
 
I am one of the few eagerly awaiting this game. God I wasted so many hours in college playing RTCW mp...

with all of the haters on here any more concerning ANY new game release on PC it makes me just not want to even look at the forums any more. People are dissing the games before they ever even play a demo...

Thats half of the reason that I don't have much hope for this game. The other half is the multiplatform releace. Sounds like a bargin bin purchace to me too.
 
Looking forward to this baby, never cared much for RTCW (even though I played it). The heavily modified quake 3 engine held it back imho in the year 2001 almost 2002.
