boars with 775 holes for 1366 board

I have an old thermaltake water cooling unit (one of the self contained jobbers) and it works with s775 mounting holes, and I see some of the socket 1366 boards take the 755 brackets.

I want a board that will help me break 4ghz (I realize that alot has to do with the chip) with an i7 920. I'm also trying to control costs as much as possible.
 
The Foxconn Blood Rage and Flaming Blade both have LGA775 mounting holes in addition to the LGA1366 holes.
 
In addition to the boards mentioned above, the ASUS P6T SE and ASUS Rampage II Gene also have LGA775 mounting holes.
 
yeah I've been going over newegg pretty well.

Any idea on a good inexpensive board that will do 4ghz+ w/ a 920 D0?
