I wouldn't hold my breath on it passing ]H[ardOCP's PSU testing --and if it doesn't pass their tests, I don't want it.

That's why I bought mine off of Buy.com.

Currently you can get the black version for $206 shipped. And then add on the '$10 off the purchase of $200' coupon, it comes down to $196 shipped. And then don't forget Live.. err.. I mean Bing Cashback.

Last time I ordered a PC case from Buy.com I had to send my credit card company after them for fraud.

We won. They not only had to pay me back all my money, but they lose out on a lot of future business from me and everyone else that I have any influence on - family and friends.
 
last time (coincidentally also the first time) i ordered from buy.com, they rejected my card with plenty of money on it, and wouldnt respond to my repeated emailings. i had to cancel the order because of their bumbling. /OT <3 newegg
 
Free shipping on the video card would make the deal much sweeter.
