hello, I need help deciding which psu and vga I need to buy

for psu I have this two:

Corsair 650wTX
PC Power & Cooling S61EPS 610W

and for video cards I was looking between an ati 4850, ati 4770, nvidia 9800gt but I honestly dont know what to pick.

the build is for a friend of mine who only plays world of warcraft, He plays at 1680x1050.

I really need help with this, I am trying to stay as low as possible without sacrificing good fps and good reliability on the parts.

Thanks!

Definitely the Corsair 650TX since it's $10 cheaper and offers a bit more power on the +12V rail. As for video card, the XFX HD4850 would be his best bet at that res:
$120 - XFX HD-485X-YDFC Radeon HD 4850 512MB PCi-E Video Card

he made somehow an emphasis on reliability, I'd rather pay a small premium if the pc power & cooling is better even if its more expensive. do you think the change is worth it?

one more question, is wow is more compatible with nvidia cards or ati cards? or is there no difference?, sorry for the questions I just want to buy whats best for my budget

The PC P&C isn't any more reliable than the Corsair 650TX. In fact, both PSUs are made the exact same manufacturer: Seasonic. Wouldn't be surprised if they were based on the same platform. So the extra cost isn't worth it IMO.

No difference at all with video card compatibility AFAIK.

how will an ati 4770 stand against wow?

sorry for asking so many questions but its so much stuff out there it gets confusing.

At that res, roughly low to medium settings. If you can find a HD4770 for $90 before rebates, it'll be a good deal. Any more than that, the HD4850 is a much better buy.

ok, Im getting a 4850 and the corsair psu, thanks for your help good sir!!!
