Best gaming mouse?

Im just going to edit this before another retard comes in and quotes it before reading the rest of the thread..

Really, there is no best gaming mouse. Its all personal preference.
The biggest factor is how you old the mouse.. Do you rest your palm on the mouse or the surface? Do you use your arm or your fingers to move the mouse? Do you have big hands? Small hands?

I remember when I got my Diamondback.. I was told that it was the best mouse ever and I HATED it. It went totally against how I hold the mouse. I have never had a worse mouse. I currently use a Revolution MX and I love it. Some people hate it..

These kind of threads are just stupid.. Its like opening a thread and asking "What kind of soda is best"..

What exactly did u type in search since I didn't found anything.

txs

"Best mouse"
"Best gaming mouse"
"Gaming mouse"
"Which mouse"
etc etc etc etc etc.

If nothing comes up, check the advanced search.

The best thing you can do is see if your Best Buy has one of those "gaming mice" sections where you can feel them in your hand. The most important part of buying a mouse is making sure you get one that you like the feel of, that meshes well with your play style.

I personally love my Razer Copperhead. Before this I had a Logitech MX510, which I liked a lot, but when I upgraded I realized I'm much better with a mouse like this as opposed to Logitech's standard right-handed, palm held, chunky design.

I'm asking particular for Logitech G9. Is it good? How it feels? Is it good for FPS?

Again, its all personal preference. Hardware wise, its a great mouse. But then again there could be the most amazing mouse out there with quad lasers, titanium and it craps cookies, but it would be a piece of crap for YOU if it doesn't fit your hand or your mouse style.

Exactly. Hardware-wise, the G9/G9x is probably the best ever created, but I've yet to meet a palmer who felt comfortable with it, regardless of hand size. Also, on the G9 at least, the middle mouse button takes a ridiculous amount of pressure. I'm really hoping the G9x fixes that.

my aim was considerably better with the razer deathadder, coming from the mx518. In TF2 i didn't play sniper that much, but with the deathadder It's like I was all of a sudden really good. YMMV

This. I never thought a mouse, and to some extent a mouse pad, could make such a difference.

Choose wisely OP, in case you run into me on a server one day with my trusty DeathAdder hehe. :D

had my g9 for a year, I love it. Never put much thought into holding it...its not quantum mechanics or anything. You get use to whatever you use. But for me I love the G9's properties and feel.

...you already pointed that out on the last page. Are you going to bring it up again if this makes it to page 3?

First of all, this is still one page for me, secondly this is the first time I mentioned how now YOUR link says the same thing.

I LOVE my Microsoft Intellimouse, I haven't tried any of the "high end" mice but I have never had a desire to because I love it so much. My current mouse has been going strong for about 5 years, when it quits is will get another.

The best gaming mouse is the one that's the most comfortable for you to use. I use a Logitech G7 wireless. I do have another logitech wired mouse that i've had for years, can't remember the model, MX 518 or some such thing. It's more comfortable to me.
