Well, I bit. Will see if it was a f__k up or not.

After completing the order at the site, they send you an email to confirm your order, "By confirming this order you agree that the retailer G2PLAY will keep the original retail box of the product. You may recieve a scanned copy of the original retail box at any time." and then click the link.

There is another link to see your transaction details -

Read back a few pages. Many have had success emailing the company. I suggest that if you don't get your key in a day or so. I didn't order myself, but there's some great advice, and most have been successful if you go back a couple of pages.
 
I have been trying to Pay via the paypal checkout and it does not go through, Paypal never sent any money so something is not working. I emailed the [email protected] and asked to what email do you send the manual Paypal payment to is it the:

1) [email protected] (the email from which the confirmation comes from)

2) [email protected] (the email on the paypal page)

and they told me to send the payment to:

3) [email protected]

And then forward the Paypal receipt email to them. For the others that paid manually and sent receipt which email did you send payment to?

It says - "G2PLAY engine supports PayPal as online payment. If you might experience any problesm with payment via PayPal through the eshop gateway you can always send us the payment directly on our PayPal account [email protected] stating the order number in the topic of the payment so we can sort out your order ASAP. "

That's what I just did, will report back when something happens.

Oh, also changed my Paypal password after the failed first payment attempt, yea, I'm a paranoid ass.

i did the same also, sent payment too the email on the front page.. after about 12 hours they emailed me saying no payment was mad and to forward the recrept. i did that and 24 hours later i had the key in my email.

I emailed them and let them know I sent it and in about 24 hours I had 4 working keys. Not that fastest place, but I would do business with them in the future.

:p I did the same thing as soon as my Paypal window closed. I don't take any chances either lol.

I emailed them my EBAY transaction # now I am just waiting on my key...do do do do do do do dodo doooooo. (to the tune of Jagger/Richards "Waiting on a Friend") :cool:
 
Well this is my second transaction and it's been a smooth sail. I always manually send my payment, and if I don't receive my key I forward my PayPal receipt and I get a response with KEY within 24 hours. It's great service.
 
Got my L4D key, will see if it works when I get the time. Had to email them to get it, I went ahead and sent some of the Paypal payment details. Not sure why this was necessary when Paypal says it went through fine in the first place??? They sent It within a couple hours from when I emailed them.
 
I finally got my HL2 Orangebox key yesterday afternoon and installed fine last night and tested out Portal, Episode 1 and TF2, so all seems well with this deal for now! I may actually buy LFD now.
 
I sent my payment on sunday as described on the front page. It's now Wed. and I still haven't received anything. I just opened a paypal dispute, hopefully they notice and actually send my damn key.

Yes, I sent them an email Monday night around 10pm. I ordered the key on Sunday morning around 1am so it was pretty close to 48 hours. And now it's closer to 4 days, still no response or cd-key.

I'm not trying to be a dick about it, I just want either my key or my money back. Hoping the dispute gets their attention so they can make something happen, preferably the L4D key cause my father-in-law just about wanted to take my computer home with him when he was playing it over here on Sunday afternoon.
 
They answered my emails fairly quickly, but it did take 48 hours I would say from the time I actually sent payment until I got my key. One thing to try is go to your account on the g2play site and go to your transactions and beside where it says Paid: NO there is a clickable link that says something like "ask for transaction" and it opens a message box where you can message them. Make SURE you include your Paypal transaction # AND your G2play order/transaction # so they know which order the payment is for.

I really do not believe they are illegal. If you go to the parent site:

http://www.dweurope.eu/ you can see more about them and try their customer service.

I think that your coorespondence may be missing the essential payment info they need.

I picked up the orange box today, second time i have bought from them and they seem decent and good about responding to questions. The only thing i have noticed is that their automated checkout does not seem to work you need to manually pay them via paypal. Just make sure to have your order number attached to the account. thats about it, had the key within the hour.

Did you verify your paypal payment went through? mine did not so i had to manually pay them and then contact them about it. try contacting them with [email protected] email about it. I got a quick response from that one, just make sure to have you order number for paypal and G2 Play attached to it.

did anyone try wrath of lich king on american servers? Looking to grab that and L4D
 
I got an email from them this morning, advertising L4D for $14.44 USD until Sunday. It shows up that way on the site.
 
Well, this deal on L4D was WAY too good for me to pass up on. Like everyone has stated already, I also had to send them payment via paypal manually. I sent them an email with my transaction ID from them and also from paypal, so I hope that is sufficient. That was about 30 mins ago so I dont expect to hear from them for quite a while. I will keep you guys updated as to the progress.

Well, I checked just now and I already recieved my code from them. I activated it on steam without any issues. VERY pleased with this site. Thanks op.

Just a late update, key worked fine, game is a blast.

Be nice if they got some more games there. I'm such a cheap bastard...
 
I sent my payment to them manually since it didn't go through so i am waiting for their response. Hopefully i get my left4dead key soon.
 
how long does it usually take to get the key i ordered one last month and got the key right away on the website. i ordered another key today and no key on website and no key in my email, though i did get the order reciept in email.

Thats what happened to me now also. I ordered one friday morning and still haven't received my key yet. i sent like 4-5 emails already showing i have sent the payment manually along with the transaction number to sales email and this email
[email protected]. I still haven't received any news or updates. I might have to file a claim if i don't get a message by tuesday. I click Ask for transaction button but when i try to submit it would say empty at the bottom. Tried with IE also and it still was the same. Left in the dark right now it seems like.

I think it is just 2 or three guys maybe who work there, try sending another ask for a transaction. They are good for it, you just have to be proactive to get them to take care of it all. At least that has been my experience with them.
 
It looks like they don't fill orders friday-sunday. I got my key and it works :). Good price.
 
I ordered L4D and the Orange Box on Sunday, sent a manual payment and proof of that payment to them on Monday, and had both sets of working keys in my mailbox this morning. :D

Awesome stuff! I'll have to get some friends to hop on this if it's still $15 per L4D key...
 
From their website, type-O's and all... -

"PayPal technical issues were preventing the system from express delivery of the keys in some cases (about 5% of total orders). This is fixed now and you should get your key instantly after your purchase. However if you dont recieve your key within 5 minutes after completing your purchase contact us rightaway on email [email protected] . Our staff is available 10 hours every day (10:00 - 20:00 CET) looking after your orders. If we do not reply you later in the evening we will definitley do the net morning. No email is left unanswered or ignored!"

I hope they get some more games, I have all of the valve stuff now that I got L4D.

Hey, any problems with the orange box? or is it still unknown? should I go ahead with l4d

edit: also what about the CS:source package they have, i'm pretty sure that's new
