I have for sale a brand new unopened EVGA GTX260 216SP. I RMA'd my original GTX260 216SP because it started to artifact and EVGA sent me a brand new GTX260 (216SP and 65nm) which I just received today. I have no use for this card as I dont play pc games or any games for that matter anymore and my AMD 3700+ would bottleneck the hell out of it anyways.
It will be shipped in the original unopened packaging that EVGA sent it to me in and in the same box they sent it to me in.

Asking price, $200 shipped OBO.

No I am not willing to ship first. Why would I? My heat is good and everyone that I have dealt with on here have received their items and I do not feel like getting scammed out of $200.

There's actually a thread about me in the for sale scammer thread when someone accused me of scamming and I sold 5 items within the past 2 weeks and they all received them. I can guarantee you that I will ship item tomorrow and give a tracking number tomorrow also to whoever buys the card.
 
Lol. Terrible heat. You hardly see a negative. 50/50 and one of the positives is what the OEM AMD heatsink for a Opty 170. :D

Seriously though kid, you are going to get yourself in trouble. If you can't get your Mom to give you a ride to the post office, ride your bike.
 
Nice flame bait. Actually I sold him an Opteron 170 with a heatsink, it would help if you learned how to read. Also, it isn't my fault that some people don't have patience and I even told them before hand it would take me a week to get out their $5 items out in the mail. When it comes to expensive items I make sure that I ship them out right away and I always let the buyer know before hand when I will ship the item out.

you need to ship first to an established trader so you can redeem yourself.. Slowly build your heat back up..

PM me if your willing to do so. I'll take it off your hands.. I'm also in NYC so im close by.
 
You are either a bad trader or one of the unluckiest bastards around.

Also, I am looking at your feedback and it seems like (possibly, I don't want to presume) your biggest weakness as a trader is communication? You have to keep buyers updated with any changes that happen. It is not good manners to leave people hanging for more than a day or two.

No way man, paypal offers terrible seller report if I sell the item without receiving any money on paypal first because there would be no recorded transaction and my heat is fine. I am getting the negative heat deleted and everyone has received their items in a timely matter so theres no way that I would scam anyone. It's funny how the neg heats I have are from items that cost $5 even thought I told them it would take a week to ship out the item.

You're right I can't read. It's been awhile I read Opty 170 + as if it was the name of the chip. That guy wasn't even happy though.

I guess you and I have a different definition of "good heat".
I'm still willing to buy the card, but only if you ship first.
I have 271 positive heat evals with no negatives or neutrals going back all the way to February of 2004.

If your not willing to trust me, consider this a free bump and I'm out.

But if you give me the money on paypal first than you could dispute it and win if you never recieve the item due to there being a recorded transaction. It's your loss though, peace.

Any time that PayPal goes to refund money in such a dispute,
the funds have to be in the seller's account for them to do so.
Otherwise, they just say "Sorry, we'll keep trying to get it."

Uhm, yeah. Wow. . . . Look at the heat of Crosshairs buddy, he has shipped first to people with higher heat than him as well as I and every other trader on here or any forum. Its a part of life and if you don't like it then this isn't the place for you and your hardware as your idea of good heat and who you should/shouldn't ship first to is only going to draw the negative oppinions you see here.

Honestly I think everyone that reads this is going to find it amusing that you have negative evals that appear to be justified and yet you refuse to ship to someone a lot more trustworty than you who has hundreds of evals without a single negative thing to be said about them.
 
well, I don't know about you guys, and if my post is "spam" please delete it, but it seems an awful much that you are blaming the other guys for poor communication in your responses to the Heat, I find it very hard to believe that so many people don't check their emails when they have a technology item coming their way. I would buy the card from you, if you shipped first, but obviously you are pretty defensive about it, good luck with your sale.
 
LOL I am not going to ship first, what is the point? All of my buyers have received their items in a timely matter and my personal information is on my paypal so I could easily be sued over a dispute and possibly sent to jail but for me to get my money back after I sold the card without receiving money on paypal first would be extremely hard.

lying by telling them you shipped the items and then actually shipping it a week later is getting their items to them in a timely manner...? besides the fact that I would never knowingly do business with a bigot, the fact that you lied about shipping would have me looking elsewhere for this card unless you shipped first...

and I'm also still trying to figure out how shipping with delivery confirmation gets you scammed...

I never sold you anything so please mind your own business. You would of known that I told the people that the items I shipped via media mail that cost $5 it would take me a week to ship out before they even sent me to money. You can easily get scammed via delivery conformation if you are not using ebay. They could just say that the card doesn't work and make it so that it doesn't work and than send it back/keep it and I wouldn't be able to do anything because I wasn't selling the item on ebay where there would be a recorded transaction through paypal. I probably couldn't even send them to court and win due to their being no signed agreement of the other party paying the money for the specified item especially if they claim that it doesn't work.
