Help with an AM2+ mATX board

I'm upgrading my computer to a Kuma 7750 BE and DDR2 800 RAM.
I haven't used AMD in a while, so I'm a little unsure as to how to go about picking out a board.
Requirements:
1) It HAS to be mATX
2) Needs to support AM2+ and AM3 down the road.
3) Can't be more than $100 (It IS a budget build)

I won't be doing a lot of OCing, maybe just 2.7 > 3.2 or something close to it.

I'm thinking either this:

or

Thanks guys.

Thanks for the link.
I wasn't able to find a LanParty JR on NewEgg before.

Any other thoughts?

The LP JR is the obvious best choice, but the Gigabyte is what I currently have, with no problems.

You may wish to wait for the new Gigabyte GA-MA78GPM-UD2H mobo recently announced at CES. You can find the specs here. Basically it's an update of the popular GA-MA78GPM-DS2H with an Ultra Durable Copper PCB layer and SB750 southbridge. Supposed to be available 2nd week of February.

I say go for the PowerColor RS780G at geeks for $52 it is a great deal.(It is really made buy J&W, http://www.jwele.com/)

Edit: I would assume that J&W would release a bios that supports am3 but I would not count on it.

Thanks for all of the replies guys.

Toaster Oven: that new Gigabyte board does sound pretty good. I'll have to wait anyway, so I'll check it out when that drops.

hstuehmeyer2000: That too is a great deal but it doesn't support 125W processors which is important because I might grab a PHII if I don't like the 7750.
