I always assumed cat5 wire was threaded, not solid. (not so, apparently..)

I also assumed each wire thread would be ridiculously tiny to work with....
 
So this is why Monster.com got hacked! The admin was playing with his dolls instead of watching the network, it all makes sense now!

Way stupid. Just because this is a tech site doesn't mean this crap is interesting or newsworthy, any more than providing updates on different USB thumbdrives shaped like "stuff".
 
Hmmm... there is the the way to much time/ no life comments AGAIN. Very creative stuff. I'd say this guy just knows how to enjoy life unlike so many of us Americans. I really don't think most of us have enough time on our hands.

I'm personally curious as to how long it will take Americans to realize that money really doesn't buy happiness, as has been proven repeatedly. Oh well, let em keep running the hedonic treadmill.

So if I take a bunch of old floppys and fold them to look like paper airplanes, will I get a news mention on Hardocp?

i knew a lineman (like powerline) that would make little people out of like 12AWG solid copper wire, gotta find the pics, those things were awesome...

i hate replying to myself, but i cannot find the edit button today.

I looked a second time, and did see a few colors I have not seen in ethernet cable. the gray and the black are the first to come to mind.
