Here is mine, had to sensor it. Also running the Vista Aero theme, it is nice getting back to it after running a number of other VS.

I access everything by hot keys or start menu. Such a huge space but nothing to put on them...

This is 1920x1080 on a 40" LCD.

You can use ObjectDock or Rocket Dock... as well as a few others.

As for the icons... you can find them all over Deviant Art, just search for "Dock Icons"... if you want the text dock icons some of us make 'em here on the forums and they can be found on Deviant Art too... here's some of mine for example :)
