SageTV Channel Problem

I just installed SageTV because the Cyberlink PowerCinema 4.0 software I've been using for the past few years just started crapping out. The problem is that it doesn't recognize any channels. When I scan, the channels register under the program guide, but I can't change to any of them because only one channel displays, no matter what channel I change to.

I just installed a trial of cyberlink 5.0 and I don't have that problem, but I'd like to fix SageTV if I can because the program guide is so much better.

Any help?

You need to describe your setup.

Is the cable feed plugged directly into the tuner card? Do you have a cable box in between?

Did you set the tuner card up correctly in Sage?

The cable goes directly to the tuner card, which is pci x1. I've setup and re-setup the card in Sage, with no luck.
