Which Black Friday laptop would be best for video editing/photoshop?

Hey guys,

So I'm completely clueless about laptop performance in any sector of computing (gaming, editing etc.) but my friend is looking to pick up a laptop for video editing and photoshop. He's been living off of his 3 year old Pentium M Toshiba with 512mb of ram. Yes, not even 1gb. Anyways, I was wondering which of the BF laptop deals would be best for him. I'm thinking that anything with a strong processor would work, but would the better video card help in performance?

from what i've seen, the best buy deal on the toshiba a305d (3gb memory, amd 2ghz dual core, ati radeon x1250 gpu) for $380 would be a good upgrade for the price. stronger vid card might help depending on the app. there are more BF deals with somewhat better processor/ vid card combos, at much higher prices, though. so depends on how much he wants to spend.
