DFI LP DK P45-T2RS Plus, New Antec 900 w/custom window

I've got a couple of things sitting here that I just don't need and can use the room. Not really looking for trades but a couple of things I may be interested in are at the bottom. Feel free to make offers, but I won't respond if I think it's a lowball offer.

DFI LP DK P45-T2RS Plus motherboard in like new condition. I purchased this board on 11-03 at Newegg for $179 plus shipping. I had the board hooked up for a few days on the bench just to test my E8600 on air. I have the full retail package and all accessories are still sealed with the exception of one IDE cable. This is an excellent board, I just don't need it. I was going to return it, but would have to pay the restocking fee.
I'm asking $150 shipped (board is $179 plus shipping at the Egg)

Brand new Antec 900 case with custom side window. I won this in a contest and have no use for another case. This case has only been out of the box to look at it and make sure it was all there. I'll try to get pics uploaded of the custom window (looks much better than that tacky stock side panel).
