Found this at FrozenCPU.com while browsing last night for CPU Coolers for the 1366 socket.

The Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtreme-1366 RT CPU Heatsink is the ever so popular Ultra-120 eXtreme heatsink with out of the box compatibility for Intel's latest socket type, the LGA 1366 Socket. The Ultra-120 eXtreme features more heatpipes, a larger fin area and better heat dissipation than the original Ultra-120. This particular model of the eXtreme is also the first to ship with Thermalright's new 120mm Fan Holder. This plastic holder simply slides over top of the fan and then clips right onto the heatsink.
These will most likely go fast, like most of the Tri Channel DDR3 Ram did this past Monday.

This is a PREORDER item, estimated shipping date 11/26!!

Apparently the OP edited his post to link to the entire product page. No harm no foul as I am fairly certain FrozenCPU will not mind the extra product exposure/possible sales.

I have no problem with them at all, they were able to get my 1366 bracket to me fairly fast once they got them in.

SO am I correct in assuming that the actual heatsink itself is unchanged? The original base is big enough to cover all of the new i7 heatspreader?

from the pictures it looks the same just different mounting kit.?

This is indeed a great news for me, since I was waiting for a good LGA-1366 HSF!
Anyone have any idea on the included the fan noise/performance? Most reviews I've seen had U-120 without fans and had to get fans separately.
