Aquariums can drip-leak down electric cabling from the cables off the pumps and heater sticks etc too - either from swells, cracks, or condensation. I wouldn't put any electric outlets, extension cord junctions/powerstrips, or sensitive electronics below an aquarium.

I also recommend these add-on gfci outlets for an aquarium if the circuit its on isn't already protected by a gfci outlet. Heater sticks can short out or crack and electrocute you when you put your hands in the water. People have also been shocked from accidentally knocking aquarium lighting into the water (when cleaning the tank, etc).

how many hard drives you have in those two silverstone hdd trays? plus how do you sit in that area with all that stuff underneath?

Those are two Silverstone bay converters. Each can hold 4 hdds. Currently I have 2 500's, a 750 and a 1tb. Two route into my mobo through the back and two are on sata-usb2 cables. I mounted them on a piece of black plexi with some htpc feet.

And uhhh... those are two separate pictures... under my desk is just the Klipsch sub which doubles as a nice footrest.
