Can't get on [H] from school

I had some time to kill before class today so I hopped onto a computer in the lab at my school for a little Genmay action. However, when I tried to get on I got an error message saying the IP had been banned. I'm not sure if some idiot tried to do something stupid from a school computer over the weekend or maybe a new "no browsing [H] from schools" directive came down but I never had problem getting on before and am pretty sure I was able to last week. Anyone know what's up?
 
Only your school's network admins would know why it was banned. I would try contacting them to see if they would consider removing it.

It's not a school message though. It's webpage on the [H] that comes up and says my IP, ie the school's, is banned. Not sure how the school would have control over that.

If it means for you to pay attention in class and actually do work,more power to them. If you want to go to sites,do it at home after you do your chores and homework.

Most likely someone who's made an account on [H] on your school network did something terrible and got permbanned.

ha. When they blocked it, I got an iPhone. Then got a AT&T wireless card for my laptop.

There are others ways which I won't talk about it because I would get banned.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Send your school IP range to an admin and have them take a look?
 
I'm just curious to know which infamous [H] troll goes to his school.

Maybe it was the guy who flooded the video card forum.
 
I'm on from school right now, though I kind of doubt there are many if any other [H] members here and I'm a noob.
 
Some network filters will catch the "Hard" part of HardOCP and make the leap to a porn site. It's all according to how the net admin has it setup. In any case, this is not a forum problem.
