What is the most replayable game of this generation?

SKATE is an amazing game for replayability... you can find new spots to destroy every time i play that game .

Simply amazing for me

Guitar Hero/Rock Band.

However, honestly I've clocked over 60 hours into Too Human already (in 2 weeks). Every night one of my friends and I will play.

What's scary is that is true. I got it as part of the 360 Elite package and no matter how lame it might be...I can't stop playing it.
It's mindless, but it has the whole Diablo thing going for it.
It's a horrible example of what the system can do (it's a last-gen port) but there's something really compelling about it.

thats is true, now get 3 friends over and its a blast

I would say RE:4 for Wii. I enjoyed parts of Zelda, and marvelled at Metroid Prime 3 although I didn't "enjoy" it. I'm enjoying the humor in Paper Mario. But, the one game that's making me hold onto my Wii (also considering all games that are upcoming for the next year) is RE:4. The Mercenaries game has a lot of replayability, especially for people like me who like to just mess around in a title sometimes, although I wish I could have my special weapons in the Mercenaries levels!

I don't know about the rest of you, but Metal Gear Solid 4 is the most replayable for me this year if not for a long time. What makes it replayable is that once you beat the game on whatever difficulty, you can load your "End" save game and play with everything you had when you ended before. You get all your Drebin points back, weapons, ammo... everything. I'm replaying it for the 3rd time and i'm now on Big Boss Extreme difficulty.

Easy for me

Baldurs Gate 2 by far for me
Fallout
Xcom series

Played all of them many times especially w/ mods.

Ok, we all have our favorite games.
I think for me it's Burnout Paradise. I don't think there's a better game where I can sit and pound on it for long sessions and still feel like I am trying new things, seeing new events unfold, and getting even better at creating sheet metal on sheet metal softcore.

How about you guys? What game of this generation has your most time played?

I can't think of anything off the top of my head cause i've got Burnout Paradise City on the PS3 and it won't leave till the psn download comes plus i've got Burnout Paradise City stuck in my 360 and it just refuses to leave, oh I heard Burnout Paradise City is coming to the Personel Computer soon, might have to buy an extra dvd drive cause when I get Burnout Paradise City for the pc its not leaving my drive unless its in the laptop!!! Yep can't think of game i've really played [H]ardcore. :D
