my friend is buying my PC off me for $200. Good deal or no?

Spec:
Mobo - HP MSI MS-6577
CPU - Intel Pentium 4 2.66GHz (Northwood, 533FSB, 512k L2)
RAM- none (he has 2GB DDR)
Video- none (he has nvidia geforce 6200)
HDD- Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 80Gig EIDE
DVD - hp dvd1040d
Case - Dell Dimension 1100
PSU - Delta 200watt

Mod Edit - Standing rule is that price checks aren't allowed in G[H]....B.B.S.
 
Good deal for you or him? I would say if he buys it from you, you got a good deal to get $200 bucks for it.
