I was asked to study material for this and was wondering if anyone has taken this test (642-383 CXFF) and what should I expect on it. It seems closely related to CCNA but on a broader level and going into selling practices but if anyone has taken this, it'd be nice to hear feedback on it. Thanks.

A fellow co-worker does. I can look into it for you.

I have the Design Specialist, it was pretty easy. Mostly specific questions regarding switches, wireless etc.

So I just took this exam and scored a 943/1000.

I must say, Cisco's online training really didn't help much as most of the questions went above and beyond the training material.

Onto 650-178...

Congrats!

Sorry I never got back to you. My company was just acquired and things have been pretty crazy around here lately.

The upside is, I now work with 2 CCIE's. (1x R/S and 1x Voice)

Thanks. The exam isn't showing up under my History so I'm going to give it a day or so to see if it updates.

I hear ya. It's cool, though.

That's pretty sweet actually. Talk about knowing your shit. :)

It usually take 2-3 days, for some reason....that's been my experience anyways.

I had to take this exam as well for our office to maintain some Cisco Sales thingy. I used the Cisco provided practice materials and scored above 900, can't remember what ti was right now. I just remember cringing every time I heard the "british" narrator call a router a ROOTER . . . . .

Haha.

Actually, the narrator wasn't too bad. I read most of the slides rather than listening to him, though.

Probably Friday I'll take the 650-178 and be done with this.
