UPS will pick up the packages at your house.
You can use any old box you have lying around.

UPS will also supply boxes and label pouches. I know the boxes say that they are only for overnight and 2-day, but I ship items ground in them ALL the time for work. I just cross out the extremely urgent markings. Never had a problem.
