Show Your LCD(s) setups!!!

I also have that particular Acer24" monitor. Got it Jan. 2007. It's a great display. Occasionally I'd get a "no signal" message and have to power the thing off with the actual switch, not the button, for 20 seconds or so to get it to pop back up. This happened once every couple of weeks, not nearly often enough to be anything other than a minor bother.

Recently I've upgraded:

The pictures are a bit washed out - been trying to come up with a way to get clearer ones but I think the first two do a good job of showing how nice it looks - but I'm absolutely thrilled with this display.

It's a Toshiba 32RV530U, for anyone curious. 32" 1080p, gorgeous screen. I wanted similar resolution to the 24" Acer but a bigger screen and this was a way better deal than a 27" monitor would have been (got it for $800 on sale).

Very Nice Upgrade, Damn I've always wonder How bad the eye straining Would be to sit so close to a 27 - 40 Inch Monitor, ?

Anyways Are you interested in selling your Acer 24"Lcd ? I've been wanting to go dual 24 Acers for quite a while and their pretty hard to get.. :)

Well I don't know about bigger screens, but my avg viewing distance is about 1 meter; at that distance I found the 24" a bit too small. This 32" display is, IMO, perfect at that range. I think a 37" display would be pushing it, and anything bigger this close would be too much for me.

It's also great for watching movies while sitting on the bed. :)

I'm not planning on selling the Acer right now, but you can be sure if I do later I'll post something about it in the FS/T forum.

Alright folks, I just went out and got me a nice 32 Inch Samsung TV. I don't have pics at the moment but I'll throw them up as soon as I can.
It's a LN32A330 720P. Very nice. Took a bit to setup due to my mis-understanding of the Cable Companies Signal that is sent. I'm on Cox Communications and it's HRC for both Cable and DTV.
I need something to hook it up too though....
Hmmmmmm

Me too. It's down to the Samsung a550 and Dell 3007WFP-HC or Samsung 305T+.

imo check out the gateway xhd3000...i was debating between that and a dell, and i am very happy with my choice. the blacks are deep and very vibrant colors with several inputs. really a great screen. i was skeptical at first because it was gateway but i love it.

Its a keyboard, you can place and remove the keys to fit your hand and customize it how you wish.

I'm trying to find a link for the manufacturer, but I cannot find one at all.
Sorry :(

EDIT:
jesus, it was right in front of me!

yep thats the one... i have the ch products version, there is a link and comparison on the ergodex site

Just a lil heads up (and after seeing someone using the CH products version I think I'm going to go out and buy it today) the Ergodex DX1 does NOT support Vista (which of course I am running and now have a $200 paperweight

Update!
I posted my workstation here a bit ago- I've since moved into my new office (same house, different room), gone from a 20" widescreen to a 24", and changed laptops from a Thinkpad T60P to a Dell Precision M6300.

Yes, I know I need to clean up my cables...

Unless I'm mistaken, I believe it's from Digital Blasphemy and possibly from their members-only section. I'm a member and used to have that as my wallpaper, but don't know where I put it last. I tried to see if I could find it elsewhere on the net for you, but no dice.

UPDATE: I decided to look through the members pics and found it again. It's called "Flight of the Hammerheads".

Its just a 2407. All you need is a HDMI -> DVI adapter, it is HDCP compliant so no problems there. Plays all games and BRs at 1080p without issue.

The screen is not that blurry; my iphone has no focus feature. The screen is awesome on the HP ;)

Thats a nice little travel size pre, and it looks good too. What is it? Im guessing its usb powered?

Its a Headamp Pico (USB digital audio converter + headphone amplifier).
http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f38/h...mpling-24-96-usb-dac-pre-order-thread-258967/

Its powered by a 2-cell lithium-polymer battery with internal linear smart charger. DC adapter supplies power to charger and can also power the amp. A regulator between the DC adapter and charger keeps the power very clean. The DAC section is indeed USB.

It sounds amazing.
