If I touch one of my builds case, others who are grounded can feel something weird when touching me! If two persons both touched the case, nothing abnormal would be felt of course. This started happening lately, and I can't really see something obviouslly wrong inside the case...

Power supply is cooler master 350W.

What could be causing this?

What do you suggest I do?

do as he says and you might live.

You don't need an explanation just except it as truthyness.

It could be just static but it could also be your PSU being wired to your case i would also recomend swaping out the PSU

What kind of monitor are you using for that system?

I've seen this happen a lot with older CRT monitors, somehow they send a slight jingle back along the ground of the VGA connector. You end up feeling it if you are grounded (ie in bare feet) and touch a metal part of your PC case. This can indicate that the outlet you've got your stuff plugged into has an improper or missing ground and should be checked out ASAP.

From what I understand (which isn't too much) the case of the PSU should be connected to earth-ground on the power cord. Then, since the PSU is (usually) in direct contact with the case, your case is grounded.

This would not help if you have your PC plugged into a two prong outlet.

Also, are these shocks momentary (like from static)?
