Super Budget 2.0 Speakers Under $20?

probably is your best bet. i got the cheapest logitechs at the time for around that and i have been thoroughly impressed with their sound output.
 
Perhaps the best thing to do is source something locally - that way they are easy to return if you find them less than desirable. Then again, anything in your price range isn't going to be great.

Looks like the logitech's it is. Just need them for low-mid volume for web surfing, mp3's and Rosetta Stone.

Best Buy has some Insignia crap... I think i'm just going to order them online... found them for $15 shipped.

those speakers look like they have a headphone jack? and a second one? hard to see in the pic.
 
Cheapest? LOL. I'd go with my monitor's built in (if you have one) and save it up for something else.
