rent, if that. I'll be bored before that week is over too. Atleast I'm pretty sure anyway, thats how its been before.
360 = better online.
Is the X360 version gonna be P2P and would the PS3 version have dedicated servers?
all those who favor the 360 over the PS3 should know that the PS3 is more likely to show a better performence than the 360 due to it's stronger power

What stronger power?
The PS3 CPU is better, but the GPU is worse. The 360 has a faster GPU and a slower CPU.
Many devs and such have said it comes out just about even when the two are put together. Just a different way of processing (360 = More GPU processing, PS3 = more CPU processing)

Yea I know. Just like the awesome load times in Portal, what a minute halfway through the levels. That superior power sure shows off on a lot of game now a days. Ohh wait...not really. Plus, Rockstar has stated over and over again that they're developing the games to run the exact same on each system. If the 360 version is choppy, I bet the PS3 version is too.
anyone know if this will be comming out for the ps2?

Any word about the PC version? I don't have 360 or PS3 and not interested in buying one. Why is it that PC users are abandoned when it comes to GTA. It happened for 3, Vice City, San Andreas.

If the newest rumor is true, then it would be foolish to buy the game for PS3 instead of 360. THey're saying the new DLC will be entirely new cities.

Pulled it right off the [H] homepage.
You really should buy a 360, you are missing out
I already live next to a highway and train tracks, I don't need a airport in my house next.

******* throws 360 out the window********
Sure great all the DLC.. but who is behind ONLY making it available for the 360? It would be as easy to release it on the PS store, or have a "Booster, Or Expansion" Disc on shelves.
I have a 360 and a PS3, Im leaning to the PS3 version because my 360 sounds like a jet engine. Even with my music going my 360 is just humming away.
I'm hoping they don't really only release the content for 360. Rockstar may as well say " Hey! go get the 360 version everyone, because you will miss out on half of a game that we ONLY make for 1 system. PS3 owners money isn't good enough for us!"

Did you not read the rest of the thread?
As many, many people have already mentioned, M$ paid Rockstar millions to get exclusive rights to the DLC...
Ironically, if it works out like people are saying (DLC = New City) I could see them also releasing it at retail as a new game for PS3 owners. Sort of lke when you could either download or buy the Oblivion expansion.
who are 'they'? Do you realize how long it takes to make an entire city and pack it full of detail? That's what you call a new game. No DLC is going to have new cities.
hehe.. thats some funny shit
and the Bq drive is still loud as fuck, trust me I'm on #5
Money. If they all released at the same time, how many sales would be lost to people who download? "Grand Theft Bay", anyone? This is why we don't get it until they are over the first and possibly second and third waves of console sales.
