Free TV shows and movies online with little to no commericals!

I cant, apparently its not available in canada and I cant seem to find a proxy that both will give me enough bandwidth and will allow me to run flash scripts.

I am in Canada (ontario) and i can use this, however sometimes it dosent work.
Give it time maybe they will fix it for us Canadians.

The only annoying thing about hulu is how the advertisements seem to be the same for the same movie... so you watch the same "commercial" 5 times in a row

Yeah? Well i have no problem reinforcing the fact that horton hears a who may be the best G rated movie ever. EVER.

Haha, yea that was one of them... saw it atleast 10 times...

It's worth it too, I'm too lazy to tivo a lot of these shows and or download them... :)

Oh I think it's awesome aqnd I hope it takes off, or at least stays around for awhile. Back in the 80's I used to watch St. Elsewhere religiously and I was THRILLED to find it on Hulu! I can watch it all over again after all these years!

Man I'm really showing my age with this post though.....

I just heard about Hulu the other day. Looks pretty .

Wow, that guy (UltraVioletDream) got banned for simply posting a link? Was it that blatantly obvious about its illegality that it merited an immediate ban?

Many networks are offering TV shows in their entirety and w/o no or very few commercials from their Web sites (e.g. nbc.com, fox.com, etc.).

It was most definitely warranted. Trust me on that, the site he linked to was quite illegal and very blatantly so. Looks like his free pass to the [H] has expired.

On another note, HOLY CRAP - hulu even has a few movies, not too shabby!

I see - sucks for him. He should've known better, then. I'll check out the movie selection on Hulu. Might save me a trip to Bb. :)

I'm glad I could finally find something people liked and will use. I can't tell you how much help you guys have all been for me in the past 3-4 months. I am a [H] noob for sure. But at the risk of getting too cheesy, I'll be here for a long time trying to help out.

This is completely legal btw. Check out the creds.

looks like youtube except for the fact that they are all about doing an entire movie or show without it being taken down within 3 sec.. im all for this. hope it doesent get taken down

www.foxondemand.com

Its only fox stuff and its only available to people in the United States. Sorry Canadians..

Hulu has most of the fox shows as well, it is a joint venture between Fox and NBC. Hulu has a much better interface and video quality then any other streaming option out there today.

I have been using Hulu for a long time now, actually had two beta accounts. The site just went public on wednesday and they added like 40 full length movies that stream in 480p. I agree the repetitive ads can be annoying. But as more people use the site, more advertisers will show up and we will get more diversity so it won't be as annoying.

I understand that you can't get something for free, and yes I know how to get it without commercials for free. This is just so much easier AND it is legal. Being able to go to the site, click the show, and start watching immediately is great. The ads are short and sparse enough to not be much of an issue. I think Hulu has done something really good here.

EDIT : You should try out the subscribe to show feature, as new episodes are added they are put in your queue. Lots of current shows have the episodes posted the next morning after airing.

Lol, the first thing I see is the movie Mulholland Drive. Yum, Naomi Watts and Laura Harring nude. :)

I've been too embarrassed to rent "Dude Where's My Car" from Bb since I heard it sux. But now that Hulu offers it ... I'll watch it sans embarrassment (other than the ridicule I'll get here for posting it ). :)

Wow, I forgot all about this service. I checked it out today and I was very impressed with the quality of the videos. All it needs is 5.1 sound. The interface is extremely responsive and the load times are minimal. The service even has a decent selection of movies. Watching Titan AE right now.

I don't know about you guys but with HiDef video and a larger selection with frequently added content, I would pay $10.99 or so a month for commercial free access. I would even put up with ads as long as it weren't in the videos. Oh and no freaking plug-ins. Le

How long do you guys think this service will be around? I think it all depends on how fresh the content is, so if they can't update frequently and with a decent selection it won't do too well.

lol, its stupid but still everyone needs to see it once. I am shocked you have never seen it

Hulu seems really cool, but my internet is too slow to stream it nicely.

Yeah, I know ... that movie is from 2000 and I've been telling myself to rent it one of these days if I start a Netflix trial, which I still haven't. IMDB gave that movie a 4.8/10, which doesn't surprise me. Since I've got a cold today and can't go out tonight for a St. Patrick's party (   ) maybe I'll watch this movie instead, thanks to Hulu. I think my DSL should be fast enough since I was able to watch a 5 min. SNL clip w/o any issues. You might want to upgrade your "internetz". :D
