Anyone know how to format Mail, Contacts, and Calendar, so that changing the vertical columns in one doesn't automatically make the same change in the other two?
Thanks

Are you referring to things like the To Do bar as a veritcal column? If so, My Outlook 2007 remebers my settings for each view....over three separate computers.

I know what you are talking about the Mail, Contacts, Calendar... but not sure what you mean by verticle bars. You mean the clumn the Mail, Contacts, and Calendar is in? If so, I can make it wider and it stays the same when going through each....

I'll try to explain:
My "Contacts", vertical columns left to right are "Contacts"/Contacts/ and "To Do".
My "Mail" vertical columns L to R are "Mail"/"In Box"/ and "To Do".
My "Calendar" vertical columns L to R are "Calendar" and "Day/Week/Month"

All the columns are under the horizontal "Tool Bars"and all can be "dragged and dropped" left and right to change the width of each column.

My problem is that when I "drag and drop" a column in Contacts to change the width, the column widths in the other two change in the same manner, and vice versa.

I want to be able to adjust, each independent of the others.

I can change them independently right now. Have you tried changing your Contacts to Address Card view?

I have that view now. Any idea which of your settings control this feature? Did you have to do anything for yours to work this way, or was it from installation? Did you install 2007 over earlier version, or was it clean install?
Thanks

All of mine are basic default installs, on clean systems with no previous Office versions installed.
