I'm looking to upgrade my 939 system and it seems that the DFI LAN Party is the only good board still available for the job. I found a website that has two different versions of the board for different prices, but I can't really tell what the difference between them is to warrant different prices. Here are links to the two boards;

I notice the first one has UT in the name and the second one doesn't, but I have no clue what that means. They're both SLI-DR which I thought was the best of the series.

The main difference appears to be in the packaging - the lower priced board seems to be more of an OEM package, sans cables, accessories, etc.

Call before you order and ask the supplier. That may give you some insight on what to expect in terms of service.

Their is no difference between the boards, but the 2nd one has alot of extra packaging with it. Assuming that the first one is new and in retail box, You get everything pictured in the 2nd link exept for the carrying strap, psu cable wrap, and the front panel box.

Wow at those prices I would sell you my SLI-DR expert with the two slot spacing betwen the PCI express slots!

If you're buying a s939 board, I'd buy a used one in the forums personally.
