ok so i have had this card for awhile now and was lookin on there site and said it does hdtv exactly whats this mean?
Supports HDTV function and HDTV cable enclosed

It means it can be hooked up to an HDTV... pretty self explanatory...

Unless I'm misunderstanding your question/confusion..?

i have a 22 lcd isnt it already hd? whats the hdtv adapter for?

HDTV. It is for high-def TV ("hd" isn't a spec of any kind, so your 22in LCD can't be "hd" because "hd" doesn't really mean anything outside of the TV context)

This is usually a referenct eo a breakout cable that turns a 9-pin mini-DIN port into a set of component cables.
