Make sure the Z-5500 subwoofer goes on the floor, and not on your desk like your current one. :rolleyes:
 
A Z-5500 sub on a desk would be the only thing left on the desk after certain songs played on said subwoofer :eek:

Alright, I couldn't resist posting here :) I are teh new guy at teh 4rum.

Here's some shots of the overall setup... (I'm a complete neatfreak)

Dual 19-inch Hanns-G diplays, iPod touch, cable managed, Saitek Eclipse II, all the good stuff :D

Pic of the neat-freakness of the whole thing. No bigger pet peeve than cables running everywhere. Everything under the desk is also tied up, and my sub and trashcan are raised slightly off the ground.

And that desk is custom built, took me about 2 months to prep all the materials and then put it together.

Very nice setup you have there, Hilmarhd. I like the desk, especially :) Also, as for t=your second monitor: The Samgsung Syncmaster, I cant make out the model number - could you tell me what it is, please? I am thinking of getting one

It's a Samsung SyncMaster 710v:)
 
Nick - I had that same JBL subwoofer. It's a steaming pile compared to the BIC H-100. You'll be very pleased once you make the move to the H-100.

Are there any real differences between the XR55 and XR57?

Yeah i got it for like 80 bucks after rebate so im not complaining, the only diff i know off is the xr-55 doesnt have hdmi, the fact its for pc audio it doesnt need hdmi so i saved some money.

That's about what I thought. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an XR55 anywhere.
 
Damn, Dolby, that's downright impressive. Would you mind sending me/telling me where you got the wallpapers on those monitors? (Mostly the one in the middle of triple monitor setup :D )
