Need to flash but don't have Floppy

I need to flash my 8800gt but I don't own a floppy drive. I've got CD-RW's and a Flash drive. Anyone know how to do this?
 
Sorry man, I was really mad while starting post. I looked around some. Then I just drove to my grandparents and stole their floppy drive.

But now I can't backup my bios with the nvflash -b backup01.rom
