I have that exact same desk.
And i think i have that same dvd burner.

I used to have it too. Biggest piece of shit I've ever owned :(.

When getting rid of it I broke into a million pieces out of anger.

I just learned how to take panorama picture with my shitty Kodak Digital Camera!:p

Heres my custom built desk I made last summer. I designed it for the 24 inch CRT fw900, but I made sure I could fit an upgrade down the road. I have the speakers on top to avoid interference with the monitor and with my computers. I use the PIP for my second computer, which just has some extra storage space on it and it has my Auzentech mystique sound card, which is what I use to connect to the receiver for music through the speakers.

regnak...thats a sick iron man poster!
Thanks, can't wait for it to come out. And if you didn't notice the wallpaper on my Samsung is an Audi R8 (it's what Tony Stark will be driving in the movie although the one I'm using is white because I think it looks better).

Regnak, where'd you buy the poster frames? Been considering getting some off frameusa, they're pretty cheap, but I need to buy a minimum of $100, and don't wanna do that and have cheap frames come through. Those look pretty damn good.
I got them at Aaron Brothers, they're currently having a sale where it's Buy One Get One for 1 Cent. I originally only had the first 3 posters but after coming home with 4 frames I caved and picked up the Spidey poster.

Im thinking of getting some huge movie posters ;)
=D the problem is that then you want to paint your room (which isn't really a bad thing but still).

Here's my setup, yes I know, the pink carpet sucks but it was here from my grandparents, I need to get something else in there and paint the room a different color :p

It's nothing special, and can't begin to compare with the majority of the setups here, but I don't think it's too shabby for a broke, newly 18 year old juggling college, a part time job, and gaming.

A few things to note:

-The walls and carpeting are older than dirt, which is why they look like dirt. Within the next month I'll be tearing up the carpet to install hardwood and repainting the walls.

-I hate wires just as much as the rest of you, but since the room will be gutted within the month I'm not going to bother using zip ties to fasten the wires in place until everything is settled.

-The TV and monitor are both hooked to my PC for use as dual monitors. The game displayed on the TV is COD4 (PC version.)

-The G5/G15 combo is for use with gaming when I sit up close - don't like wireless for my shooters. The MX Revolution/diNovo Edge are for casual, relaxed usage and scooting back in my Poang or laying in bed watching movies/tv shows.

Ask if you have any questions. :D

Just cleaned up my room and decided to take a pic. (actually a few photos stitched)

That desk looks like an awesome work desk for computers.

I was actually going to post the same thing. Did you buy that or make it? I am looking for something similar that would be able to hold my PC, 22" and 20" monitors, as well as have a place for my 2 laptops and some desk space to do work.

It is a really nice work bench. I can work on my computer, do homework or pile a bunch of shit on it.

My dad and I made it. Its about 8 feet long and 2 feet deep. It has a long power strip on the back for easy power access. This summer I am probably going to put a deeper top on it.

Very nice setup, Dallas. I love the desk, gave me an idea of what my ideal desk would look like. I have a question though?

Where did you get those MotoGP posters? Thanks

I would like to know what kind of desk is the black framed one?? I know the other is from ikea.

Yay for the tube frame Wally World Desk!! I used to have that same thing. I hated it.

Anywho, here's my setups:

I'd like to know as well. I've been looking for a desk similar to the Jerker forever, and the Fredrik doesn't seem sturdy enough to me.

The Hypermotard, 1098 and 848 came from the Ducati dealership my brother works at. The Bridgestone one came from a WERA race.. or maybe it came from the dealership too.. You interested in one?

That desk is perfect. Thanks for showing me what my next desk will be. =]

haha, thanks. Its really nice much more then a big piece of plywood with 4 legs..

Lol, I can barely afford an LCD, and here is everyone with such large ones. I feel soo poor.

The black one is a really old model of the Ikea Jerker (same model as the lighter colored one).

Find them on craigslist!!

Hey W4R10CK... if your using XP you'll need to download XPize to make 'em that big... I think that's the only program (not completely sure)...but if you're using Vista... just hold the CTRL key and scroll the mouse wheel up while on your desktop (works inside folders too).

Finally got round to cutting and fitting tinted perspex so you can only see inside when the cathode is on.

Shot of the desk too, screen is 24"

I'm really digging that window, Raikiri. Not only does it look good but it's so clean it looks like it could be factory; good going.

There's my wally world desk, with my laptop, old/cheap Lexmark printer, and my Freeagent drive.

Thought I should post one of my real workstation now that we are in our new digs.

I work in a Regional Network Operations Center.

There are 9 40" LCDs on the front wall. My workstation has 6 20" LCDs
