I just got a macbook pro. Whenever it is running on battery, when my network connection is idle for a few minutes, my wireless network goes down. It takes out the whole wireless network, my other laptop (an HP running WinXP) can no longer connect to anything as well. I have to go upstairs and pull the plug in the router and plug it back in to get it to work again. Another interesting thing is the WLAN LED is off..
I've tested it with two routers, a Dlink DI-524 and a Linksys WRT54G v5.
When my macbook is running on AC, everything appears to work fine. Update: Actually, I'm not quite sure about this. I have it plugged in right now and I've had to reset the router twice in 10 minutes.
Has anyone ever seen this and/or have it resolved?
Thanks,
