FS\FT: My E6600 for your CPU + cash or just buy mine

Need to come up with some cash for bills and X-mas. So I am downgrading my computer. First to go is the CPU. Mine for yours + cash or $155 takes it.

Could do 3.6 stable with a Tuniq or 120 Extreme

I have a e4300 .. would you consider it? don't know what amount you're looking for.

would you consider an entire mobo/ram/chip swap? I have a 3800x2 with 2 gigs of corsair on an a8n-sli... a big step down, I know, but I would obviously be willing to be fair with the cash part as well.
