as the slickdeals site says, these systems aren't configurable at all.
/warning

yeah, forgot to mention its not configurable, but you can throw in a new psu and vid card, for a decent game system on the cheap

this is dell small business

is there a way non-business owners can jump in on this deal?

Cool - thanks for the info!

No business licenses required or anything, eh?

That's making a big assumption that there is a slot for a video card. With an inexpensive 'business' system like that, I doubt it.

I've ordered through SB, just stick 'Home' as your business and you should be fine.
I have always just used my name in the business field. Never had any problems even when I called in.

I called dell it has a pci express slot for the video no problems it just can't be configured online.

should have mentioned i verified all that. it does have a pci-e slot, and ram is expandable to 4gb, and it uses a standard mini tower so its easy to throw a new psu in. In fact ive already ordered a new psu and an 8800gt for it, bringing the price total price of a pretty damn good game rig up to ~$780, not too bad, eh? And for anyone wondering its good untill wednesday.

Just to add the Vostro200,Vostro400,Inspiron530 are all pretty much standard m-ATX except for a fixed rear I/O panel. So your not stuck with proprietary parts that limit the upgrades you can make.
Heres one of my Vostro200's with an Intel-DG33TL motherboard running raptors in Raid-0.

I am lookin for a BUDGET rig for my sister. All she does is browse and play WoW on it. How well do you think this would run WoW stock with no video card upgrade? The monitor with this is pretty cool to since she can throw away that 19inch CRT usin up so much space. I am about ready to whip out the CC and order one of these. What do you guys think about the WoW performance on this rig? Her current PC is a Athlon T-bird 2800 I think with a 1 gig of ram and an ATI 9800 card. Or should I wait for something else without a monitor the next couple weeks with all the crazy sales going on? I would like to keep it under 500$ if possible.

Thanks,

Thanks,

8500GT is under $100 and will run WOW just fine.

Anyone ever tried overclocking on a Dell MB? As I recall, it is difficult if possible at all.

What is the power supply in this thing? Will it support a modern graphics card?

I was looking to get a cheal MB and e2160 and OC it. This might be a better deal.
