Ok, so i was dual booting Fedora and windows, havent been using fedora much due to the lack of an X-Fi driver (gotta have my music....) so finally notice the release of one...well, tried....but now it loads GRUB (with minimal bash like commands) and cannot find something to boot from. So, tried reinstalling Fedora, no go, says the disk is missing a file or something, so i will try burning another disk tonight, and tried other linux distros, but none have worked thus far. Even tried putting in the WIn XP CD i have, to reformat, but that even came up with a BSOD. Anything else i could try? Is there a command that will let me boot into windows? Thanks!

Never mind guys! Installed Ubuntu over it and everything works fine now, and personally, i like it a lot more than Fedora!

There a a few things you could do

BUT if booting from the windows installCD resulted in a BSoD you have got some hardware failing somewhere and no amount of grub commands,liveCD's,chroots,re-installs is gonna fix that
