Windows network issue

ok here is the deal I have tried a few of the tutorials online but to no avail! I have a MAX network speed of about 3mbs over my wifi AND my gb network ok so this is as you can guess, PISSING ME OFF! I have disabled the topology for ip6 and 4 also I have taken QOS packet scheduling off as well. so if there are any other questions or Ideas here are a couple of pieces of info/

to a 8prt and a cat 6 cable to camaro and wifi to Miata
