Hey guys, I have a pretty large problem, my father went into the hospital two weeks ago and he’s only coming out now, which meant that I had to basically support the fiancé, the family, and the med bills not covered by insurance (my mother wasn’t working to be at my fathers side). That means I am literally at the point of having no money (of course this happens when I’m between my summer teaching and picking up a winter IT job), because of that I’m clearing out whatever I can find, I would really appreciate if anyone would mind grabbing one, two or a few things. I need to have some money up by the end of the month, and some of this stuff I’ll only have until Saturday when I am going to have to let it go to make a school loan payment.
Any help is really welcome, I’ll take offers if I’m too high and all that stuff too… Funny I went from searching for an xbox 360 to just trying to afford gas/bills. Prices do NOT include shipping unless noted, I will charge actual shipping for whatever items purchased and I’ll do discounts for multiple items.
Anyway lets get this started.
PS if I have any accessories I will ship them with it, for example I/O plates cables manuals drivers etc I’ll let you know what I have when I ship, or if it’s a dealbreaker ask me if I have it. I will include driver discs of downloaded drivers with anything that needs them
***PC PARTS***
CPU’s:
$25 Athlon 64 3000 socket 939 venice core – ran this at 2.0ghz for most of its life, never pushed it all that hard, if you need it I most likely have a heatsink around here somewhere, let me know when I ship.
$25 Athlon XP 2400+ thoroughbred socket A – 266 fsb 2.0ghz processor, I didn’t run this overclocked, it was in my father’s computer until I moved him up to 939. I’ll include a heatsink with this one.(pending)
$20 Athlon Sempron Mobile 3100+ socket 754 – came with my original hp laptop, 1.6ghz and 256 cache I believe, I THINK it has 64bit capability but no promises, should work ok in a desktop board, I can try it if necessary.
$40 – Pentium 4 2.4 ghz processor socket 478 – to be honest I don’t know much about it, it runs on ddr and it came from a dell dimension desktop.
MOTHERBOARDS:
$25 Dell socket 478 Pentium motherboard – this is a proprietary board pulled from their xps gen 2 gaming desktop, probably get it to fit in your case if you mess with it a bit, or I can include the xps case for a bit more (though shipping is gonna suck), the case is in meh condition but it might be a fun mod project. This mobo is a ddr board and runs the high end 478 chips.
MOTHERBOARD CPU COMBOS:
$20 Tyan Motherboard with what I think is a Pentium 3 or Celeron 866 – it has a slot and a socket on the mobo, pc133 and all that, was a folding machine I would occasionally use to play dos games. That position is now taken by a 1.3 thunderbird so I’m getting rid of this one.
I also have a bunch of other older board/cpu combos ranging between 300 and 1ghz, these are being cleaned out of my closet, probably make a decent folder, or old game machine or firewall or whatever, only reason I’m not posting specifics is there are a bunch (both atx and micro atx) and I would want to test them before I sell them so If you are interested in a combo pm me and a rough speed that you would like and I’ll test it and come up with a price, obviously these would be pretty cheap. Oh I also have a dual Pentium server board if someone wants/needs it for something.

VIDEO CARDS:
$60 Evga 6800nu 128mb agp – works just fine, pulled it when my dad was upgraded to 939. This one DOES unlock successfully to 16/6 though as always overclock mileage may vary. I am pretty sure the card was not registered if that makes any difference, and if you really really want I can find the box, its probably still around here somewhere.
$50 Ati Radeon 9800xt 256mb – came out of the infamous dell xps gen 2, is a double slot solution with that after market cooler and ramsinks on it. I have the original cooler if you want it but the fan is dead. This is an out of the box xt, not flashed. It can still hold its own in mid range games.
$45 ati Radeon 9800XT 256 (r360 core flashed from 9800pro) – bought this off hardforum a while ago pre flashed to 9800xt, was a gift for the fiancé so she could play wow, eq2, doom3, ut2004 with ease instead of her old gefore 4 mx.
$10? Gainward Ti4800se – this card has issues, I bought it open box from newegg a long long time ago and the screen was messed up, of course gainward does not exist in America anymore so I had to eat it. If you want it go for it, use the ramsinks and make keychains, or maybe its an easy fix, as it does post just has some graphic anomalies. Its here if ya want it.
$99 – evga 7900gs 256 – fiancé bought for SLI, decided to go 8800gts and now has one of these left to sell, not registered and invoice available for lifetime warranty. Might even have the box. Anyway great overclocker and great card for midrange gaming.
Drives, cards, PSUs other stuffs:
$20 24X DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive – this is from my hp lappy, worked great but I went to a dvd burner, these combos go for $41 on newegg.
$12 Aopen 5.1 sound card – cmi8768 chipset, it might even be 7.1. I used it in my htpc because it had optical out, worked fine I just happened to get a higher end card in a trade, still this is a good cheap way for optical out and definitely a step up from onboard sound. (unless you have soundstorm or something)
$5? Controller switch gameport – for those of you that still use gameport controllers, this is one of those switches that let you have multiple pads hooked to one gameport (say a gravis pad…remember those? And a joystick). Like most of us I’m now on usb but if someone needs it I have it
$10? 56k pcmcia laptop modem – does anyone need these? If so I have this one and possibly a few more. If I’m asking too much let me know

$10 TMNT – arcade beat them up… played it for like an hour, not bad, loved the movie liked them game

$6 Legacy of Kain: Defiance – not a bad game, I actually found it for the pc 

$5 Sid Meier’s Gettysburg – good game but civil war isn’t my thing

$10 Grand theft auto San Andreas ps2 - this is the one with the "hot coffee" or whatever in it, own a piece of history
$5 Everquest Online Adventures – key is unused, its like an adventure rpg version of everquest, if you have the station access pass it is covered by that, elsewise I think there might still be a monthly fee
$7 King of Fighters ’99 – SNK games are still some of my favorites, this is evolution from the dreamcast brought to the ps1 by agetec.
$7 Sol Feace – Sega cd, great condition, I think this shooter is pretty rare
CONSOLE ACCESSORIES –
$7 official Sony S-video cable - i know it works on ps1 and ps2, might work on ps3 but i have no intention of ever owning one so if someone could confirm that would be great
$10 xbox monster cable s-video cable - went compontent, till then it worked just fine.
$6 xbox 360 woodgrain faceplate – do I need to say more
$15 – Ultimate Gamer Universal remote – I use one of these, it is pretty cool, controls just about everything including the 360, backlit with red lights too. Nice stuff and a good warranty
$10 - RCA universal remote - it lights up green underneath, works sweet, bought it then ended up with the gamer remote roughly 2 days later, works on everything i have, even my xbox 1.
$15 Broken fatty PS2 – ribbon cables are torn inside, someone gave it to me to fix, ended up getting another the same day that just needed the lens fix, don’t know if this one is fixable, up for grabs if anyone needs

Aitech tv pci card – I think it was some bootleg thing I got at a computer show, it DOES work however and if you just want something cheap to watch tv/capture stuff on your pc this should do the trick. Again I used it until I moved to a higher end htpc setup
