Which ones better (hd crt tv)

I'd suggest a native 16:9 ratio crt hdtv for the xbox360.

The sony one did have a 16:9 res, but it said enhanced. what does that mean? will it still look good like that?

That Sony posted above is clearly a 4:3 tv, I'm not sure about the enhanced part (probably marketing) but it will display black bars on the top and bottom with your 360 in 16:9.

I had the 16:9 version of the sony. Mine had the improved audio and HD tuner as well (I believe the model was KD something). I just sold it for $575 to my landlord last weekend (months rent)! Shit it looks like it was worth alot more :(

When I bought it two years ago it retailed $1800 I paid $1300 shipped, I think it was 34 inches I believe.

It stretches non wide screen TV stations like no other (it will leave the center alone and jsut stretch the sides, ahhh the beauty of CRT!). Excelent Image quality 1080i looked amazing! With the tuner I got all kinds of free HD channels without paying for them (Cable company charges).

I probably should not have sold it.

When I first bought it though it broke in the first 3 weeks, it took 6 trips for the repair guy to replace the right part (the main box). But ever since it has worked almost flawless (some kind of switchbounce issues every now and then that makes it turn itself back on on a power down or else turn itself back off on a power up) Once I could nto turn it on at all had had to unplug it and plug it back in. I looked at all the HD CRT's and it;s second to none, the only other set that came close was the samsung.

Good luck.

Due to limited space I'm jsut using my westy 1080p for everything, but some th igns are not nearly as nice as that sony was.

Enhanced is EDTV (480p), not HDTV, so I would say negatory on the EDTV.
