Well im replacing my crossfired 1900's finally for some DX10 action before bioshock hits. And im looking at newegg here...

I hear the evga cards are great but i see 3 versions of them. They all have a slightly different clock. I have 2 questions about this. My first is why is the 655mhz card LESS EXPENSIVE than the 635mhz version?

My second question is are the lower clocked ones easily overclocked to the more expensive versions?

Also in your guys' opinions which ones would you recommend INSTEAD of the evga?

Next-gen cards will (probably) be available in November. If you're going to upgrade now, at least make it a more modest one (like to a non-overpriced GTX). Having your brand new, overpriced, high-end card eclipsed like that in 3 months would really blow.

My advice to you is to wait until November when the 9 series comes out , Sources say that its to be twice as powerful as the current ultra's. If you cant wait , then I would buy an ultra, I would geta GTS 320 or 640 to tide yourself over with.
