Q6600 - Which stepping did you get?

i ordered mine on 07/24 as well
but hasnt been shipped out yet:mad:
i guess the reason is b/c i ordered from its CA site to save a few $$
should have bought it from the US site

I just pulled the trigger from NCIXUS as well. I've been planning a build around the Q6600 for about a month. I just pulled the trigger on the remainder of the build from newegg.com.

I am SO looking forward to this build.

I've got my fingers crossed that I'll be one of the lucky ones to get a G0!!!
 
I have a g0 to drool over :yepp: . I am going to post a full review tomorrow. Lets just say the mid point is 3400 @ 1.325
 
B3 from ZipZoomFly. Ordered on Monday, arrived yesterday. B3 inventory still being pushed out sooner than Intel projections. :\

Well now you guys got me worried a bit. I ordered my Q6600 from NCIX (the canadian side... didn't realize there was a difference between the 2) first thing yesterday morning in hopes of getting the G0 revision. But it now appears that some of the recent shipments have been filled by the B3 stepping. I am still waiting on shipment info (is the delay due to ordering through the canadian side???), so I don't know yet, but will be disappointed if I get the B3.

i ordered a q6600 from NCIXUS yesterday.. it's coming sometime today, but according to the shipment info it's a B3 :( bad luck
 
from those who got their q6600 from NCIX (CA or US site)
can you post your sku#?
i know there is prolly little or none connection between sku# and the type of stepping you get
but i am impatiently waiting for my q6600 from NCIX and gotta find something to do in the meantime :D

damn you americans. first our cheap prescription drugs now our quads! :D .... you have Newegg and now NCIXUS.

NCIX's Canadian store is just down the street from me so I can walk in and pick up my Q6600 this weekend.
 
I ordered July 25 from NCIX-US site and got a G0 'SLACR' Q6600 (I'm in Cali).

Since NCIX has multiple warehouses, maybe it depends from which warehouse your order ships from whether or not your get the G0 stepping. I dunno, just a thought.
 
Any updates as to what stepping NCIX are currently shipping?
And when did those of you who got B3 steppnig place the order?
 
I ordered this morning July 26th from NCIXUS, still have yet to receive my shipping invoice:mad:

I ordered from ncixus yesterday and I got an email saying I'm getting a slacr.
 
i ordered mine via the US website and its a SLACR, i got all my info last night and the invoice showing what it is.
 
ORdered on the 24th from ncixus and my SLACR q6600 arrived this morning, along with the 120 extreme and scythe fan.
 
Damn, placed an order yesterday in the early afternoon and everythings processed, just not shipped yet... here's crossing fingers for a G0. Oh.. did most of you get the fedex shipping from ncixus ? I selected canadapost, no idea what thats gonna do to my order.

I selected that as well and ordered yesterday. Mine has not been fully processed yet though. Did you get an email about clicking a link then receiving a phone call from them within 5 minutes to get some 4 digit verification code? Because they never called me...

Shit. You're supposed to click that link and then the phone call will come. It came almost instantaneously as of clicking that link. Good luck mate.

Same boat as you are in. Called em up an hour ago and they said that we should be getting that email sometime today.. here's crossing my fingers we get the G0 stepping. I'm in Seattle, Washington.

I also ordered mine yesterday early afternoon, and chose canadapost xpress. I got the email and when I clicked the link, I immediately recieved a phone call with the 4 digits. I put the digits into the input field and everything seemed to go in ok. It says my order has processed but I still havent recieved shipment information. I really hope I get a G0, that's the only reason why I bought the quad now! Or else I wouldve waited!

Where are you guys shipping to? I'm in San Diego California...
 
Went down to Microcenter today, they're currently listed at $299 in store, but are out of stock. They should be receiving them in 10 days for instore purchases and they will all be G0 stepping. Supposed to drop the price when the receive them to whatever the cheapest "major" online venders are selling them for. They currently have over 500 in the warehouse and everything there is G0, so if you order online, you should get a G0.
 
Ordered this morning around 8am est, still waiting to find out which stepping. *Knocks on wood...*

edit: just called ncixus and the rep said that it shipped and that it's a SLARC! *rubs 4GB Ballistix...*
 
I ordered from NCIX US yesterday afternoon. Chose Canadapost Xpress. I live in Pennsylvania so I just hope it will be here by Monday. Still don't know if its a G0.
 
Ordered from direct canada on 24th.Arrived today SLACR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (note-when buying discription said b3 stepping,guess they didnt update the change yet.I know they initially sold out of stock and then 99 came in, thats the baatch mine came from.

Yeah, I tried clicking it once, then waited a while, then I tried a few more times. Eventually, the link stopped bringing me to the page with the field to enter the 4 digit code and instead brought me to a page with this:

"The maximum count has been reached!

Thank you."

I am not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. I'm going to call them right now, now that I have this information.

When I placed my order, I received an email with a link in it saying that when I clicked it, they would call me at the number I registered with them to give me a 4 digit verification code that I was to enter in a field at the end of that link. I never received said call, so I could not enter that code into the field and now clicking on the link doesn't even bring me to the page where I could enter it if I did have it, it takes me to a page saying what I posted previously.

if you havent already, you should definitely give them a call.
 
Hmmm still no info from the Canadian warehouse. Seems like the US side is a little more expedient. Was really hoping to get this in time for the weekend. I'm a little disappointed right now (got overnight air service for a reason).
