Go post 'holier than thou' someplace else.

We're simply recalling our personal experiences with that one (or two) Mac guy(s). It just so happens, our experiences are not unique...

I really, really enjoy a lot of products, and that doesn't make me smug and uninformed.

Hey, at least your "x/y/z" reason for hating PC users isn't the fact that we send death threats to the other camps. :p
 
The more Apple's install base grows, the worse it's gonna get. They have a big target painted on their backs right now because of their shitty attitude towards security firms. People find flaws in Windows, they send them to MS, MS fixes them...or at least tries. People who find flaws in the Mac OS don't want to submit them to Apple because Apple will deny all claims, attack your credibility, and then quietly patch it months down the road.
