Sorry if this has be brought up before (I don't usually start new threads) but I'm having trouble finding the search function :S

Does anyone use this gamepad? It looks interesting.

If anyone does own it, could you please give me the exact measurements of the top part? I need to know if I can squeeze it between my wheel and speaker.

It's not too popular I guess.

I ordered one from dell since it was on sale. The reviews I read online highly recommend it. I'll let you guys know what I think.

Wow what the... looks odd.

Im interested, lemme know what it feels like and what you think of it once you can play a bit ;)

It's one of the most amazing peice of hardware for games like World Of Warcraft and FPS games

Just arrived in the mail... it's so awkward. I read that it takes some getting used to, but it just doesn't feel right. I need more buttons! I'll have to work on the button shifting, hopefully that'll solve everything.

Here's a pic of it in my set up. At least it looks cool.

Day two: Started to use the D-pad for WASD. WASD is now for crouch, jump, prone and run (BF2). I'm really starting to like it.

I still find myself lying down and jumping like an idiot when I panic and try to get away fast. It's going to take some time to get over using WASD.

I've used the n50 for years and I am hopeless in some games without it. The dpad becomes normal eventually and the device even later. Once you get used to it you will always use it.

The N52 was the evolution to the n50, which I used for many years. I stopped using it for a long time when I upgraded my keyboard, and never actually went back. Its a great idea and very useful so that you don't need to move your fingers anywhere near as much as you'd think.

I have an n50 but I stopped using it after about a week. Main reason is because the input goes haywire after you press down on too many keys at once and recognizes it as random key presses. Sounds silly that you'll ever hit more than 2 keys at once but you'd be surprised. In FPS games, I'd move diagonally forward while crouched and have to reload a weapon (4 simultaneous key presses) - you'd never notice you'd press that many until everything goes to hell when you do.

I've heard from friends that the n52 suffers from the same problem. Correct me if I'm wrong.
