Well the only bad thing i see about the case im gettnig on newegg is the noise level of the fans. Any quieter solutuions that may also provide more cooling?

need better 60mm and 80mm fan

Sunnon MagLevi fans are great small, quite fans. They are loud at 12v but inaudible to me @7v, move alot of air for a small fan also. They come in 60x10,60x15,60x20, and 60x25.
I cant help you much on the 80mm. I use Panaflos in the past but havent needed them in some time. I assume Noctua, Yate Loon, Scythe, Panaflo, ect. would be a good place to start looking. SPCR might be another place to hit up, you can learn alot from those people.
