Absolute Noobie,

Looking to overclock the set-up in my sig. I know I can somehow get it over 3Ghz...Using NTune, I can see a 50% increase in my GPU, but then it starts to hang and reboot 5 times with the same result. Pointers to existing threads or links would be most helpful.
 
Ntune blows, uninstall it and make your cpu & memory settings from BIOS, use Riva Tuner for the video cards.
 
indeed, there are more efficient programs to OC like Rivatuner or Powerstrip, try to leave ntune as a last resort
 
If I just want to overclock the CPU, I don't need riva tuner right? as such which settings do I tweak in the bios?
