FS new 8600

so i ran across the 8600's at a retail store last night and the official release date of them will be on the 22 of this month. so if anyone is interested in buying one i could pick it up for for 300 bucks shipped.

It is a PNY 8600 GTS
core clock is 675mhz
Memory clock is 2000mhz effective.

the first one i have seen anywhere and i have been unable to find much of an accurate descirption on it online. so i would b happy to get for you if ur interested. but get them fast there are only 2. they cost 250 a piece but sales tax here is high and then shipping so 300 sounds fair in my opinion.

it being brought to my attention that i may incur fines if i purchase and resale(again) this product before its release date. it is no longer for sale and this thread is intended only for information on the product that the speeds and pricing.
 
well i work at this department store. and we asked the manager if we should put them back. butshe said it was fine to leave them. and they ring out tthe checkout. i do not have any references on hard forum yet. i am trying to get some but i do have 1000 positive feedback on ebay.
 
he just sent me a pic, its pny and it sure is an 8600 in one of those security containers like at frys.. i wont post it tho, ill let him handle that :)

pics posted. and i know u may be able to get a 8800 gts cheaper if u get it at a good sale. but some poeple don't wanna upgrade their PSU for the PCI E poweer thing. and some people wouldn't mind the bragging rights of having one first. and i actually already bought 1 of the 3 so there are 2 left. i can sell this one its unopened.
 
ok you have pics of them at best buy in a security box... how is that any proof?? Anyone can walk in an aisle and take a pic of something...

Don't wanna call rat on this, but you need something better to support yourself IMO.
 
PNY sucks.... 8800gts 320mb makes this card look sucky.... and your price, well the retail store's price sucks :)

yeah, i edited my post, didn't mean to crap but you didn't say you physically had one in your possession, lol.
 
umm well anyone could go to this best buy in lees summit misouri and buy it themselves if they wanted to. but with 8.25 percent tax adding 20 bucks to it and then an additional 15ish for shipping. i could do it for less if someone offered! so i can flexible. i am just trying to help someone out. but this is the ONLY store with them. we aren't supposed 2 have them out yet. we gotta wait 12 more days to put them out. so not anybody could just go get them.
 
I think pics that arn't on a shelf at best buy with your forum name on it would help you out man. Take pics of it inside your house to help your case...
 
well i didn't buy it for me and i sent it to the person i bought it for last night so i don't have it at my house physically at this moment. but am totally willing to get another tomorrow morning when i go to work. i just gotta know if i need to

i don't care if i even make anything on it profit wise. i will see if i can get some more pics emailed to me when it arrives at my friends house in Florida.
