Windows SBS 2k3 Monitoring & Reports

I have a client that recently needed to replace his SBS server with 2k3 standard because he is setting up some sort of backup server he can hot swap to if the current one dies. To make a long story short everything is working fine on the new server but he wants to get email or see reports like you can in SBS with the Monitoring & Reporting tools. I am not aware if there is anything built into 2k3 Standard that will do this or if we will need 3rd party suggestion.

Anyone have any advice on software or how to setup similar reporting for his new server.

Not as pretty as the SBS 2k3 reports but it gets the job done. It's another freebit from MS too.
