Hey thinking of buying the old Consoles and handhelds off ebay and was thinking if any one here still have there old Playstation, PSone, Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Super Nintendo, Nintendo, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advanced, Mini, Sp etc etc?

i bust out my gamegear sometimes for a little sonic action, always a good time.

I have my NES, SNES, Playstation, Gamecube, Gameboy Advance, and Dreamcast still sitting around, though the only things that are hooked up are my Playstation 2 and XBox 360.

Only things I've ever given away was the old brick Gameboy, two Gameboy Colors, and I sold my original Nintendo DS for $30 to my best friend.

i still have a lot of my old systems also such as my nes, super nes, playstation, n64, gbc, gba, game cube, game gear, and a dreamcast. i haven't really played any games on them, although i do have some classics on my psx and dreamcast that i mess around once in a blue moon :D the gamecube got some good use, but since i got a wii with backwards compatibility, i let it retire peacefully. still works like a champ though.

I've basically had every single console since Pong in the 70's, minus a few clones/unpopular systems.

I still have most of them in my parent's basement.

I don't like selling my old consoles, so I still have almost all of the systems I had in the past. Unfortnately I did sell my original Game Boy. I wanted to get a Game Gear, and at the time was too young to have a real job, so it was the only way I could afford it.

My family had an NES growing up, but it was a Christmas present for the entire family, and my Mom sold it once we got a Genesis. I've thought about replacing it, with an NES on eBay, but hasn't yet. That's the only other console to slip through my fingers. When I moved out of the house I took the remaining systems with me. Mainly because I either put up the most money to buy one (if me and my brothers chipped in), or I bought a majority of the games for it. My siblings didn't care, so it was all good :)

i have nintendo, super nintendo, n64, gamecube, gameboy color, playstation, ps2, ps3, xbox, xbox360, psp and sega dreamcast.

I have a gamegear and an Atari 6400 with about 30 games laying around. I really wish I had kept all my old systems for nostalgia sake.

I still have my original Playstation from launch day, Dreamcast and PS2. I sold my original Sega back in the day and replaced it with a Sega Nomad so I could take it on the road. Dont really play the old systems anymore but I dont plan on getting rid of them. Mostly just play the 360 now.

oh ok, I have been through 2 playstations (both broke) and I had an Nintendo 64 but I didnt get it back off my cousins friends.

my brother got the PSone (the white one), and a Sega Dreamcast, and an Xbox (1)

Currently I have Xbox (1) PSTwo, DS (Demo that came with only though, brought it on launch day here in Australia), hopefully by the end of the year I will have a 360 and PSP :D and some old consoles off Ebay.

I have an og Playstation sitting in a bag in my closet.

Sold all my older consoles years ago when they were still more relevent because I basically got out of gaming for several years.

I still have my original gameboy (b&w), sega genesis, sega nomad, and 2 sega gamegears, have the original PS1, a PS Two slim, and a dreamcast i got when they were still new, it was new when i got it, might have a whooping 6hrs on it (total use).

My PS2 is the only one out and barely play it!

I got rid of my virtual boy, n64, and SNES/NES. I regret the SNES and N64 the most :(

I've got an NES and a SNES still lying around, but I sold off the Game Gear for a pretty penny. Nostalgia's well and fine when you've got the space for it, but a one bedroom apartment isn't really conducive to storing lots of stuff.

My Dreamcast is teh broke, though, and that makes me sad. Soul Calibur for Dreamcast never gets old.

Being a console gamer at heart, I have:

Magnavox Odyssey
Atari 2600
Intellivision
NES x2
Atari 7800
Genesis
SNES
Saturn
PS1 x2
PSone (w/ screen)
N64 x2
Dreamcast x2
PS2
X-Box x2
GBA
GBA SP
GC

But sadly, I'm completely missing out on this generation so far. Just no money to invest in a console right now. Also, considering that I'm getting a new computer before anything else, it will be even longer.

I've basically had every single console since Pong in the 70's, minus a few clones/unpopular systems.

I still have most of them in my parent's basement.

Sounds like it's just cluttering up their home. I'll be happy to do you a favor and take them all and their games for you. Don't bother asking anyone else, or checking eBay...you won't get anything for them. I'll PM you my shipping address.

nice try! but i'm far to feeble minded to fall for that!

hell, even more than one button on a controller confuses me.

Nah. I don't have 'em any longer.
The PS3 will play PS1 and 2 games, so that base is covered. The DS plays GB Advance games, so that's covered. The 360 will play MOST Xbox games, so that's more or less covered.
I can emulate the others if I really want, so nope, I don't keep 'em around.

I've had an Atari 2600, NES, SNES, Genesis, Saturn, PS1, Dreamcast, PS2 and Xbox.....the only one I still have is the Dreamcast. Actually make that 2 Dreamcasts...I bought the second one used really cheap.:D

I've owned nearly everything, wish I still had my Vectrex though, or my Colecovision.

Of older consoles, Atari 2600 is my oldest and still working. Got a Saturn and 2 Dreamcasts (one has a bad player 2 plug). Dreamcast is the only one still hooked up and play.

I've kept all of mine since my first (N64), and am currently in the process of collecting everything before that...

Mark my words, this hobby will be much harder and more expensive in the upcoming years. ;)

Saturn
PSOne(modded)
Dreamcast
PS2(slim, modded)
PSP
DS Lite

I also have an oldschool PlayStation(modded) in my closet that I'll be putting on eBay pretty soon.

I used to have an NES, SNES, and Genesis, but I got rid of them and went to PC emulation because I just didn't have room for them and their games.

I'll be picking up a PS3 between June and September and a Revolution(hey, that's the skin I'm putting on it. gotta go with that retro look) some time in 2008.

I have all some of my older consoles hooked up to my TV in my room. Right now, I have my original Xbox, Dreamcast, Saturn, and Genesis + 32x hooked up. In my brother's room, he's got the original PlayStation, Gamecube, N64 and SNES hooked up. The living room is where we have our most-played consoles (IE., Xbox 360, Wii, and PS2).

And of course, I've got all my old portable consoles as well... one game gear, one original game boy, one virtual boy, one game boy pocket, two game boy colors, two game boy advances, one game boy advance SP, one DS, one DS lite.

When you say oldschool PlayStation, what generation are you referring too? The first generation did not need to be modded you know.

It's not modded as in having a chip, it just has a spring in the back so the console will think it's closed when I swap the disc.

Oldest: NES, I still play duckhunt every now and then.

Older than the original NES but not a video game, is this system that you plug into the tv and it's kind of like paint with shapes, pictures, and "learning games."

i dont sell my old bits

i have access to a nes (before my time really). i have a snes, gb pocket clear, gb color atomic purple, virtual boy, n64, gba, gamecube, ps2, ds.

I still have my GBA SP, the oldest of the handhelds I own, along with a Sega Genesis (and Sega CD!) in the closet but little else. I still regret selling my Atari 2600 with about 40 games for 100 bucks way back then. But when you're twelve, that's alot of money.

I too hoard my old consoles and games. :)

Thus far I've got a: Colecovision, Sega Master System, NES, SNES, Turbo Grafx-16, Gambecube, PS2, and an Xbox 360.

I love my old systems, and the profit from selling them would definetly not equal how much fun is still left in those sytems.

Snes
N64
Gameboy Advance
PSone
Dreamcast
Xbox
Gamecube

For multi player games the Snes and N64 get lots of love from me and my friends.
Street Fighter 2 Turbo, NBA Jam TE
Goldeneye, Super Smash Brothers, Mario Tennis

I'm in the process of getting a PS2, I know I collect systems slowly but, hey, every game on PS2 is new to me and that's all I care about.

I still have a Genesis, NES, SNES, and 2600 (FTW!). I never bought an N64 or DC because my roomies had them in college. Probably two of the consoles I miss the most.

I sold my PS1 because it was replaced with a PS2. I gave away my GC because it was replaced by a Wii. My XBOX died a tragic death but that ugly monstrosity has been replaced by a 360.

I am shocked none of you old schoolers have the Turbo Grafx -16.
Well, heres mine.

Thought about going nuts and buy every HuCard I could find, but when I finally had enough money, noone sells on ebay anymore.

Sad. I really wanted a HuCard of Ninja Spirit. That game is old school mothereffin classic.

I actually thought about selling this console, but I wont do it until I find a Turbo Duo or JP PCEngine with Super CDrom 2 to replace it with. I will NEVER sell Bonks Revenge. CLASSIC.

I've got a few old ones in storage. The systems i have are,

Sega Megadrive and Mega CD (first generation)
Turbo Grafx 16
Atari Jaguar
Sega Saturn
Dreamcast
Xbox 1
PSP
DS
Xbox 360

I used to have a first generation Playstation, but that no longer works and my PS2 and Gamecube got taken by my brothers girlfriend when they split. I'd lent them to him and she insisted they were part of her share of the belongings. Cow:mad:

I have a Virtual boy with 2 games and 1st gen fatty gameboy with 20 games and rechargeable battery pack :)

IntelaVizion
Segamastersystem
NES
Snes
Gen+32x+segacd
Saturn- Shinging force III and bomberman best games of all time.
PS1
Dreamcast
PS2
xbox360
empty spot for PS3 when they start releaseing good games.

I still have an original Gameboy. The only other game systems I have is a PS2 and a PSP.

I have..

Atari 2600 (200+ games)
Atari Lynx (8 games)
Nintendo 64 (6 games)
Xbox 360 (16 games)

Not Working
Nintendo 64
SEGA Genesis (11 games)

I think I also have a few old Tiger handheld games laying around as well.
